My Short time (2 hr) rate is 3000 bahts. Overnight (8 hrs) rate 8000 bahts and daily rate is  12,000 bahts.

The rates are not negotiable. Bookings for longer than 3 days can ask for special discounts eg. if you book for a week or more.
